There are single family homes in Cape Coral that are priced as low as the $50,000 range and on the high end can go upwards of a million dollars. There are also homes in Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres that can be bought for as low as in the $30,000 – $40,000 range. There are also many multi-family duplex properties for sale in the same area, I have saw these priced in the $50,000 range also.
